We know that searching for an apartment can be stressful, so we've made the application process as simple as possible. Once you've found an apartment you'd like to rent on our website, click the Apply Today button and complete the form. After you've been pre-approved, you'll receive an email with a secure link to finish the online application & submit your digital signature.

Mac Properties does not require security deposits for apartments.

Yes, short-term leases are available. Please contact our leasing office for details.

We have furnished apartments available in Chicago only.

Pets are welcomed members of our apartment community and are allowed in most rental buildings. Please note that there are restrictions of certain dog breeds & monthly pet fees will apply.

Within 24 hours of your application submission, you will receive a phone call from a member of our leasing staff.

A leasing professional will connect with you so that you can sign your lease and pay any administrative fees. You'll also have the opportunity to schedule an appointment to pick up the keys to your new apartment.

Acceptance criteria vary from building to building. Contact our leasing office to review your application.

We offer 24/7 emergency service. Call us at the numbers below, and we'll dispatch a member of our maintenance staff to your apartment. Please note a lock-out fee may apply to any requests made after business hours.

Referring a resident to live at mac is a great way for you to have a hand in developing your community. If your friend rents an apartment and puts your name and email on the application, you'll receive $200 off your next month's rent.

To qualify for a resident referral at Mac Properties, the referring resident:

• Cannot refer a current customer (existing resident or future resident we’ve been in contact with).
• Must be a current resident when a referred friend moves into the property.
• No more than $2,000 per year per household member in referral fees can be applied.
• Referral credits are issued to the whole lease and not to an individual resident.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in specific buildings and lots. Please call the main office in your city for details.
